  • Payment information: billing and payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, our third-party payment processor. Next Move does not store your full payment details on our servers.

We use your data to: (a) provide and operate the Service; (b) personalize your content generation experience; (c) process payments and manage your subscription; (d) communicate with you about your account, updates, and support; (e) improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized usage insights.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the Service, including: Paddle (payment processing), AI model providers (content generation), and email delivery services. All third parties are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. LinkedIn Data

Any LinkedIn profile data you connect or input into the platform is used exclusively to power your content within Next Move. We do not share, sell, or use LinkedIn data for advertising or profiling purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

12. LinkedIn Audit Tool

When you use our free LinkedIn Audit Tool, we collect your email address and the LinkedIn profile URL you submit. We fetch only publicly visible profile data — the same information any visitor could read on LinkedIn — to generate your audit report. Raw scraped data is deleted within 90 days; your audit score and report are retained to power your account experience. We never access private LinkedIn data, and we will never ask for your LinkedIn password.
