1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Next Move ("the Service") at nxt-mv.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Next Move is an AI-powered LinkedIn content platform that helps founders and entrepreneurs create, manage, and publish content to grow their personal brand and professional reach on LinkedIn.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Free Trial
Next Move offers a usage-based free trial that includes the generation of up to 3 LinkedIn posts at no charge. No payment method is required to access the free trial. Once the trial limit is reached, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Next Move offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the period ends.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) distribute spam, misleading content, or false information; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (e) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.
9. LinkedIn Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of content generated through Next Move complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and Community Policies. Next Move makes no guarantee that generated content will comply with LinkedIn's guidelines and accepts no liability for account restrictions or penalties imposed by LinkedIn.
10. Intellectual Property
Next Move and its underlying technology, branding, and original content are the property of the Service operator. Content generated by the AI on your behalf is owned by you, subject to any limitations imposed by the underlying AI providers.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Next Move and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through informal negotiation by contacting us at [email protected]. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
